At Simbad we handle your personal data with the same care we would want for our own. This policy
explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

The booking system is provided by Simple Solutions Software, S.L. (CoverManager),
acting as data processor and, for certain purposes of its own, as controller. When you book, your
data is also processed on its platform under its own terms and privacy policy, available on its
website.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Only the providers who deliver services to
us (web hosting, booking system, email) have access, under signed data processing agreements. No
international transfers outside the European Economic Area are envisaged; should any occur through
our providers, it would rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of
processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to
simbadmallorca@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching proof
of identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the
Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Bookings for minors must be made by their parents or guardians.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss,
misuse or unauthorised access, including encrypted transmission via an SSL certificate.
We may update this policy to reflect legal developments or changes to the website. The version
in force will always be the one published on this page, with its update date.
We use first-party cookies that are necessary for the website to work, and third-party cookies for bookings and to understand how the site is used. You can accept all of them, reject the optional ones or choose which ones you allow. Cookies Policy.

They let us know, in aggregate and anonymously, which pages are visited most so we can improve the site.
